The Program Manager for the Division of Bioethics within the College of Medicine's Department of Biomedical Education and Anatomy manages and directs the curricular programs offered by the division; oversees the day-to-day management of the office, facilitates development and implementation of long-term strategic program initiatives, objectives, and operational plans; manages all administrative aspects of the program, and provides advice on curriculum development; advises students and monitors academic progress; advises on and helps administer policies and procedures for bioethics education programs in collaboration with the faculty director and Graduate Studies committee; maintains social media/website presence, and collaborates with College of Medicine Marketing and Communications for advertisement of program; manages the administrative aspects of the fellowship program; collaborates with the Division Chief and the Department Administrator on the development of program budgets and helps monitor program revenue and expenses; may serve in limited educational roles based on training, expertise, and program needs; other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required. Considerable program management experience preferred. Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
