Boardwalk is a privately held commercial real estate investment company based in Newport Beach, California. The firm manages a portfolio of retail, mixed-use, office, and multifamily assets in Orange County, California, focusing on core coastal markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol commercial properties to identify safety and security risks
  • Enforce towing guidelines
  • Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents
  • Write reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide shift postings, emergency preparedness, and guest assistance
  • Respond to emergency situations and maintain center cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid security guard card in California
  • Clean DMV record and reliable transportation
  • Previous security experience
  • Available for on-call duties
  • Shift: 7:30am – 4pm, Wednesday to Sunday
