Softek Global Services provides both operations & strategic support to tribal 8(a) & commercial organizations. Our client we are supporting is a family of companies are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. They are actively seeking a Program Analyst based in Crystal City, VA. Position is hybrid with at least 2 days a week required to be in the office. This position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team supporting the F-35/JPO project. The minimum requirements for this role are:
- Experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning; there must be at least four years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis; and there must be two years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
- At least three years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP). Mid-Level is two years.
- Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for the development of contracts and contract modifications required for the acquisition of logistics supportability products.
- Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, schedules, and DoD reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Service and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series), to include DoD Instruction (DoDI , DoD Directive (DODD , and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook.
- Bachelors Degree Or an Associates Degree plus 4 years of additional work experience related to the labor category.
