- Communicate ideas, plans, and actions effectively to support customer business activity.

- Create and implement account penetration strategies, including regular business reviews to optimize sales.
- Identify key decision-makers to drive purchasing decisions and initiate orders.
- Maintain organized data management throughout the sales process.

- Integrate all product lines into accounts to offer enhanced value following our Core Sales Philosophy.
- Resolve customer issues by investigating concerns, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
Do you meet the requirements?
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in industrial gases and equipment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with the operating geographical area.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible work hours to align with customer needs and company expectations.
- Physical capability to perform job functions, including lifting.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Independent worker who excels under pressure and meets deadlines.
- Collaborative and adaptable to diverse personalities and backgrounds.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance.
