  • Assisting in preparing performance evaluation forms and disciplinary reports as necessary

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Hold and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and all related tests
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Comfortable with repetitively lifting items weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Able to work in various weather conditions
  • Pass FBI background check and acquire US Customs Seal
  • Flexible availability, willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six months’ experience working as an Operations Agent
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Capacity to stay composed and effective under pressure
  • Skilled in handling challenging situations
  • Advanced proficiency in computer skills

Working Conditions

During the role, the employee will often work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and near moving mechanical parts, high voltages, and hydraulic/pneumatic pressures. While some tasks are indoors, the individual may be stationed near terminals with open doors, potentially influenced by harsh weather affecting the indoor setting. The Operations Agent team is equipped with a Menzies Aviation uniform, including a coat.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, sitting, manual handling of objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, and verbal communication. Other activities may include digging, shoveling, lifting, bending, and stooping. The role may require moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
