Implementing program execution through cross-functional collaboration, leading product development discussions, creating Agile, Waterfall and hybrid schedules using predictive analytics, managing priorities and driving the team towards achieving program targets with risk analysis, conflict resolution and effective communication with diverse stakeholders for two programs. Successfully qualified Graphics program which is the fastest speed in the semiconductor industry. Simultaneously managing the PMO integration project end-to-end by effectively scoping the technical requirements, conducting one-on-one interviews with stakeholders for identifying required metrics, mapping relationships between IT systems like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI and SAP Hana database, implementing pathfinding, prototyping and planning large scale release of features. Successfully delivering three features, , integration of risk registers, team member and role addition, identification and resolution of formatting issues with standardizing appearance and functionality of programs across the board and conducting training sessions for companywide adoption. Working actively on the next features, integration of issue logs, opportunities register and ProChain along with training and mentoring summer interns. Also working on product planning activities, supporting service requests for multiple program management tools to enhance user experience, driving continuous improvement and facilitating Network Builds for new products across different product families in Micron with integrity, credibility and a sense of togetherness. Coaching program managers on the concepts, methodologies and values of ProChain. Conducting training sessions during Network Builds, Quick Start trainings and providing ad-hoc support as needed. Position requires 10% travel domestic and international.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Information Management, MBA, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager PMO-related occupation. Position requires completion of ProChain Professional and Project Management certifications.
