Job Overview - Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Recording Monthly JE's
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Weekly Cash Entries: Recording the Cash Entries that are not recorded by the Accounting Sub-systems.
  • Weekly Cash Reports, summarizing Cash Activity by Company
  • Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Government Surveys
  • Vehicle Registration / Tag Renewal for Company Vehicles
  • Maintain Record Information for Outside Storage
  • Backup for Other Accounting Functions as needed
  • Various Accounting Duties as needed
Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Associates Degree in Accounting
  • 2+ Years Manufacturing Accounting Experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
