Years and Type of Experience Required:

• 8+ years experience in Indirect Category sourcing experience across Distribution & Logistics. Additional sourcing experience across HR, Professional Services, IT, Marketing, and Facilities a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Strong leadership qualities including effective cross-functional communication, team building, and project management skills

• Strong influencing skills with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities

• Demonstrated skills in analyses that drives creative problem solving, proposal preparation and negotiation

• Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment prioritizing and leading multiple complex initiatives
