ASSISTANT PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PTA)

As Needed - PRN
This is your chance to utilize your full knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience daily. Motivate our patients to advance each day as you:
• Administer physical therapy treatment and patient care following hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional standards.
• Execute physical therapy treatment duties as assigned by and under the supervision of physical therapists.
• Sustain transparent and continuous communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital requirements are fulfilled.
• Mandatory current state licensure or certification before commencement of employment.
• Preferred CPR certification unless specified otherwise by hospital policy.
• Completed associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy program is preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in physical therapy treatment.
• Essential communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and caregivers are necessary.
