Job Title: HR Generalist

Pay: $31.00-$33.00/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 8-Months | Potential to Extend

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: HYBRID - SEATTLE, WA

Duties:

  • Administers Human Resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
  • Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
  • Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
  • May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.

Requirements:

  • May require a bachelors degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Hands on experience with HR Generalist role duties such as LOA, FMLA, Benefits.
  • Been a part of the COE or Benefits team; post hire HR functions.
  • Supporting corporate teams not Fulfillment centers is a plus.
  • Tech savvy need to be able to pick stuff up quickly – experience with Excel and MS office is required.
  • Strong communication, verbal and written to communicate with clients.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
