POSITION SUMMARY: Join us as an Advanced Practitioner at EmVenio Research where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through mobile health clinics. This position involves ensuring participant safety, maintaining data integrity, and upholding protocol standards across various therapeutic areas. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will work closely with virtual Principal Investigators (vPIs) to conduct clinical trials in alignment with federal, state, and institutional guidelines. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of study conduct and site procedures by supporting our fleet team with unit maintenance, temperature monitoring, and inventory management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead the study team in executing clinical trials by providing mentorship and training
  • Screen and confirm subject eligibility while adhering to HIPAA standards
  • Perform participant visits and necessary medical procedures according to protocol requirements
  • Manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials including subject recruitment, protocol training, and data entry
  • Administer medications and assess adverse events related to investigational products
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure study activities are complete and accurate
  • Keep abreast of new protocols and industry standards through continuous learning and development
  • Support community engagement efforts and recruitment strategies

Position Qualifications:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Advanced practice degree NP or PA required
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Current licensure and certifications as required by the state
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role primarily operates in a mobile clinical environment with potential exposure to infectious diseases. Proper safety protocols and equipment are provided to ensure a safe working environment.
