As a Client Service Coordinator, you will:

Provide our clients and patients with positive and professional communication through all in-person and virtual interactions. Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner. Possess critical thinking skills to allow for accurate assessment of each client and patient's need – whether they are calling to schedule a specialty appointment or presenting through our emergency services. Maintain a calm and supportive demeanor during stressful situations. Develop an understanding of each specialty department and emergency medicine. Learn and maintain a working knowledge of veterinary medical terms, abbreviations, procedures, and conditions. Appropriately process and audit payments taken during the check-out or hospitalization process. Contribute to a learning and supportive environment

Status: Full Time

Hours: Flexibility with daytime, evenings and rotating weekends -- Shift premiums and differentials available
