Shifts:
Afternoon Hours 2 to 10:30 pm (additional $3/hour shift differential)

Nights 10 pm to 6:30 am (additional $3/hour shift differential)

Part Time: 8 to 35 hours per week

The Licensed Practical Nurse will demonstrate the ability to build relationships and communicate with ill, disabled, and elderly individuals while remaining highly empathetic and supportive.

The candidate for this role must have the ability to perform excellent, direct care while upholding the dignity of the residents, families, visitors, and fellow employees while maintaining a professional and courteous environment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery.

This role would be responsible for the supervision of Nurse Aide Trainees and the Certified Nurse Aides' performance during their shift and function as a role model for staff.


Employee engagement, skills training, discretion, and documentation are essential elements in this role.

It takes a person with great compassion and desire to serve others, to be a part of our team.

Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license as required by the state of South Dakota.
