Your primary contacts will include key departments such as CalHR, SPB, CDE Labor Relations, and more.

  • Under the guidance of the SSM I, you will provide consultation to managers and supervisors on state civil service laws and regulations.
  • Review and analyze personnel requests, duty statements, and application reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining a discrimination-free hiring process.
