*Job Summary: In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.
We are seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer II to join our Engineering team in Richardson, Texas.

In this role, you will support a cross-disciplinary team of system and software engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.

As an SI&T Engineer, you will assist in the documentation and definition of all Test and Integration events. The SI&T Engineer must have a clear understanding of all test related requirements, interfaces, and test results. The successful candidate will have the ability to track and gather artifacts and analyze results.

*Responsibilities to Anticipate: This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Supporting the SI&T team in an Agile, DevSecOps environment:
  • Procedure development, including requirement analysis
  • Integrating software
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues
  • Development of automated test scripts and their execution
  • Generation, review, maintenance, and management of documentation
  • Preparation and conduct of internal document reviews
  • Collaborating across functions in support of successful program execution
  • Supporting technical interchange meetings with the customer
*Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, developing associated documentation for integration and verification (plans, procedures, and reports), and supporting integration and verification execution events.
  • Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
  • Active and transferable, in scope US government issued TS/SCI clearance is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance
*Preferred Qualifications:

  • Systems Engineering experience on a large government program, with preference for ground systems solutions programs
  • Experience engaging with and presenting to technical and programmatic leadership
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps
  • Experience with containers and pipeline, and associated tools (Kubernetes or Docker)
  • Experience with manual testing techniques including writing new procedures from scratch and maintaining/updating legacy test procedures
  • Experience with automation testing tool suites such as Cucumber

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
