  • Manage Collections Supervisors and Coordinators, providing effective guidance.
  • Monitor workload and capacity within the Collections teams.

  • Serve as the primary contact for In-Market Finance leads regarding collections status.
  • Liaise with In-Market Finance, Partners, Client Support teams, and management to ensure timely follow-up on receivables.
  • Escalate issues that may affect invoice payments.
  1. Debt Management:
  • Minimize aged outstanding debts to mitigate risks of write-offs and bad debt.
  1. Reporting:
  • Ensure regular, comprehensive reporting to keep stakeholders informed about inventory and collections status.
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Effectively exchange ideas and information, catering to diverse audiences.
  • Exercise tact and diplomacy, particularly in handling sensitive issues.

Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, finance, liberal arts, or related fields.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in credit and collection processes, preferably with international exposure.
  • Understanding: Familiarity with accounting or finance principles, as well as law firm or professional service accounting structures.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Confidence: Willingness to escalate issues and ask questions, especially regarding deviations from standard processes.
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems, preferably SAP.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to perform well amidst changing priorities and work demands, including learning new skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative: Ability to anticipate work requirements and take initiative with minimal direction.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a shifting schedule as necessary.
