  • Create an organized system for the storage of all physical files and clean out the current file room.
  • Retrieve and organize electronic files from the HRIS into a shared drive or physical file.
  • Review and compare records of current versus termed employees.
  • Thoroughly audit personnel files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify I-9 documentation for both current and past employees to confirm compliance.
  • Convert records of digitally onboarded employees into physical files.
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capability of lifting up to 25 lbs
