This role will focus on recruiting a mix of sales, marketing, technical and operational roles.

What Your Day To Day Will Look LikeBecoming an expert in our business to effectively source qualify candidatesResearching talent pools across a variety of roles to gain market intelligence to apply to sourcing candidatesParticipating in intake meetings by sharing profiles from your candidate pipelineMaintaining a pipeline of candidates for future needs to reduce the time to fillTracking and communicating interviewsMaintaining relationships with your hiresOwning and executing on a talent acquisition strategyEnabling our hiring managers and interviewers to provide an engaging and quality candidate experienceUtilizing and maintaining our ATS, providing detailed notes and submissions on candidates and facilitating the interview/hiring processChampioning AvePoints EVP and culture through talent branding and hiring team advocacy in a meaningful way.

Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as; DEI recruitment, employee referral program, and talent brandingWhat you will bring to our team and feel valued for:
