About the role

As the Director of Commercial Operations for the Health & Medical Business Unit in the US, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing commercial operations, driving digital transformation, and enhancing sales effectiveness.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing regional strategies, fostering innovation, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This role is based in Charlotte, NC, and reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing, HM US. You will be a key member of the US Lead Team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and develop the Commercial Operations team

Contribute to the development and execution of regional and Business Unit strategies

Drive digital transformation and eCommerce initiatives

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends

Commercial Operations
Oversee CRM systems governance and alignment with other commercial processes

Establish and refine systems for sales analysis, business intelligence, and KPI reporting

Implement and manage sales incentive programs and performance metrics

Lead Business Unit pricing strategies and manage local market contracts and tenders

Sales & Marketing Support
Collaborate with sales leads to set common KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement

Support marketing in coordinating premium product launches

Develop short and long term go to market concepts and strategies

Drive the adoption of commercial information systems and tools for data-driven decisions

Implement commercial training and coaching for sales effectiveness

Ensure alignment of training objectives with business goals and strategies

WHO YOU ARE
10+ years of Director-level experience in Commercial roles

Proven track record in business development and leading large teams

Strong understanding of the medical device industry and healthcare market

Proficient in financial management and P&L oversight

Exceptional communication and collaborative skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a solid business acumen

Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity

Fluent in English with a degree in Commerce/Marketing, preferably at a Master's level

Willingness and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital eCommerce leadership and navigating through ambiguity

Ability to lead technical teams in rearchitecting data structures and implementing new systems

Experience in launching and scaling new product categories

Proven ability to drive significant growth and change within an organization

Strong background in managing P&L, sales operations, CRM, data analytics, and contract pricing
