Position Summary:

  • Responsible for embodying Compassus values and promoting the company philosophy.
  • Identifying and securing market opportunities for Compassus.
  • Developing growth strategies and overseeing hospice program growth.
  • Assisting in recruitment, hiring, and training of growth staff.

Position Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary training for growth team members.
  • Create and manage a Book of Business for each Hospice Care Consultant.
  • Define and manage growth objectives for all staff.
  • Monitor growth metrics and communicate progress.
  • Work closely with Compassus Medical Directors.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience leading growth teams preferred.
  • Master's in Business Administration desirable.
  • Experience managing growth teams required.
  • Experience selling services in healthcare field preferred.

Skills:

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform mathematical operations.

Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate.

Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand and embrace hospice philosophy.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The role requires standing, walking, manual dexterity, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include various vision abilities.
