Responsibilities:

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Daily prepare and record cash receipts in accounting software and document with proper supporting documentation
  • Prepare bank reconciliations on a daily and weekly basis
  • Upload journal entries prepared by finance and accounting teams into accounting software
  • Fixed asset additions, disposal, and reconciliations processing, support annual review
  • Prepare accounts payable vouchers and document with proper supporting documentation
  • Investigate and update notes in various balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Support data gathering for ad hoc requests such as audits and data calls
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent related experience
  • 0 - 5 years of experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

  • Sitting for long periods
  • Standing for long periods
  • Ambulate throughout an office
  • Ambulate between several buildings
