Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer (SWE) of all level, to support our intel team. The SWE shall design or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints; Perform quality control on team products. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Twenty (20) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

  • Proven project management experience within an operations related field
  • Ability to build strong relationships in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead the project team to develop great, innovative, high quality products that exceed customer expectations with a sense of urgency for completion
