Job Title: Fitness Supervisor - Aquatics at UW Health
Work Schedule:
- 100% FTE, Schedule based on the needs of the department. The aquatic center is open seven days a week.
- Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Coordinate the pool schedule, swim lessons, physical therapy, and stroke analysis services and swim-related programming at East Madison Hospital.
- Supervise the Aquatic Center as well as routine maintenance projects (including daily pool and pool filter maintenance) and ensure a safe environment that meets all codes and standards of operation.
- Support the Fitness and Aquatic Programming Manager, maintain, train, and supervise lifeguard staff and ensure coverage when the facility is open.

Education:
Minimum –
Preferred – Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience:
Minimum – Three (3) years of experience in an Aquatic setting
Preferred – Leadership Experience
Certifications:
Minimum – Current certification in Lifeguard Training and CPR/AED.
Preferred – Lifeguard Instructor Certification.
