Job Description:
RICK is looking for an Environmental Planner to join our San Diego office. The selected candidate will focus on preparing CEQA/NEPA documents for various infrastructure and land use projects across the region.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of CEQA documentation experience
- Knowledge of environmental laws and impact assessment methods
- Proficiency in land use planning and geographic information systems
- Strong analytical, computer, and writing skills
- Effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage CEQA and/or NEPA documents
- Conduct research on regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with various specialists to ensure compliance
