Overview of the Role:

Position Summary
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development of gas systems and sustainable markets to achieve targeted revenue objectives. Your responsibilities include supporting direct sales, leading assigned projects, and ensuring the successful selling of products and services through the Distributor Network. Working closely with customers, you will assess their current and future needs, while also identifying new customer opportunities and market expansions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities related to planning, forecasting, and project monitoring for original equipment and service sales.
  • Act as a liaison between distribution networks, direct sales, and provide commercial and technical support.
  • Coordinate activities with assigned accounts, identify new distributors, provide training, assess sales performance, and address complaints.
  • Lead prospecting efforts in existing and new accounts and market channels, focusing on natural gas, biogas, and sustainable segments.
  • Enhance market growth through brand awareness initiatives and engagement with professional associations and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct distributor and customer review meetings, develop strategic plans for accounts, and create sales materials for presentations and trade shows.
  • Maintain competitive product and pricing knowledge, manage budgets, support project execution, and promote a compliance culture.
  • Undertake special projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with at least 5 years of experience in gas engine sales management.Demonstrated expertise in selling gas engines in the US market and building relationships with industry stakeholders.Proven ability to communicate effectively and work autonomously with a proactive approach.Familiarity with genset diagrams, spreadsheet analysis, and financial management.Willingness to travel extensively and proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite.
