Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist leader to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our El Cajon clinic. This role involves not only managing clinical operations but also providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example with a patient caseload and create individualized care plans
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency through patient-centered metrics
  • Manage clinic schedule and payroll
  • Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
  • Train new employees and identify staff development opportunities
  • Comply with federal, state, and insurance regulations
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • One year of experience in clinical operations/leadership preferred
