Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example with a patient caseload and create individualized care plans
- Ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency through patient-centered metrics
- Manage clinic schedule and payroll
- Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
- Train new employees and identify staff development opportunities
- Comply with federal, state, and insurance regulations
- Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- One year of experience in clinical operations/leadership preferred
