As a Nutrafol brand ambassador, you will represent our brand in various retail locations, including Chicago Michigan Ave, Water Tower Place, and State Street. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, achieving sales goals, educating beauty advisors, and maintaining a pristine shopping environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Nutrafol products
  • Achieve personal retail sales targets
  • Inspire and educate beauty advisors on Nutrafol's brand and offerings
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your area
  • Provide exceptional service and attract new customers
  • Demonstrate strong client-centric selling skills with integrity
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably with Sephora
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Physically able to work on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving daily sales goals
This position is part-time with a competitive hourly pay rate of $24-26 USD. Contractors are not eligible for certain benefits, but we offer a range of perks for our team:
