About the Opportunity

As a Data Scientist at P&G, you will play a pivotal role in driving business productivity and impacting results across various sectors such as Media, Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Supply Chain. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with IT functions and business leaders, build and mentor a high-performing Data Science team, and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for business improvements.

Qualifications Required:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven leadership in applying Analytic and Machine Learning techniques to derive insights from data.
  • Proficiency in scientific computing methods such as Python, R, Scala.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in applying Machine Learning, Optimization, and Simulation to real-world problems.
  • Working with large datasets and cloud computing.
  • Experience with Dev Ops tools like Git, CICD, etc.
  • Continuous learning mindset and staying updated with the latest technology trends.

Pay Range: $85k-$115k
