Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Perform site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on residential land development or commercial sites.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of local zoning and land development regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
