As CrossTech, we are looking for a talented Drupal Developer to join our team and support one of our valued communications clients. This exciting opportunity is a fully remote position that offers the chance to work on creating engaging and accessible digital experiences.

  • Responsible for designing and implementing user experiences for digital tools
  • Create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for users
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business goals and develop effective strategies
  • Gather user requirements, design graphic elements, and build navigation components
  • Develop user flows and high-fidelity wireframes with diverse functionality
  • Analyze data to propose layout and optimization improvements
  • Propose front-end designs that align with existing digital platforms and brand guidelines
  • Work in a collaborative team environment to generate new ideas and share knowledge

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of UX design and QA experience, including sitemap and wireframe creation
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Storybook, Figma, FigJam, and Sketch
  • Experience in designing for CMS (Drupal)
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience in Responsive HTML5 Frameworks like Bootstrap
  • Effective communication with various team members and stakeholders
  • Experience in documenting needs, requirements, and enhancing customer experience
  • Quality assurance testing for functional requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of web accessibility
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and jQuery

Compensation: $48-52/hr with Comprehensive Benefits Offered
