Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time role with regular local travel required.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in aggregates/sand & gravel industry
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience

  • Understanding of MSHA regulations

Work Environment: Operating mainly in maintenance and operations settings in underground and surface operations. Utilization of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.

Physical Demands: This role entails standing, walking, sitting, using hands for various tasks, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
