As a valued member of the human capital team, the Senior Associate of Human Capital will manage the full cycle recruiting process for talent needs both internally and across Boyne's portfolio while creating a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare: position profile and interview scorecard in collaboration with deal and operations team

  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on market data and position requirements, serving as a trusted talent partner

Source: identify, attract, and engage with target candidates the meet the established specifications

  • Post job openings on applicant tracking system as well as all other media resources including job boards
  • Develop tailored outbound messages highlighting the value proposition of the job and the company

Screen: interview, administer assessments, and conduct reference calls

  • Interview candidates via phone, virtually, and in-person

Present: produce candidate packages and present top tier candidates

  • Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, including coordinating travel for out of state candidates

Hire: assist with offer negotiations, administer background checks, and support onboarding

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the life cycle from initial contact to start date

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, finance or related
  • 2 years of full cycle recruitment, with experience gained at one or a combination of the following: executive search, private equity, professional services, or consulting company
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter – candidate sourcing
  • Willing/able to be onsite Mon - Fri
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels and quickly gain credibility
