Position Summary:

As the Regional Manager, you'll be leading and developing Field Talent, managing a Zone, and ensuring all projects are staffed and executed smoothly. You'll work closely with various teams to guarantee the successful completion of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, you'll need to:

  • Ensure flawless execution and adherence to Winston Standards.
  • Lead and develop Field Talent to complete all client projects successfully.
  • Strategically staff projects to optimize margins and minimize expenses.
  • Oversee project staffing and provide guidance on schedules and budgets.
  • Report regularly on staffing, project status, and completion rates.
  • Ensure timely submission of store visit reports and provide necessary coaching.
  • Staff projects with talent that aligns with our brand image.
  • Offer feedback to Field Talent for improvement and succession planning.
  • Cultivate a team focused on success and growth with minimal turnover.

Building a solid Field Team that mirrors the Winston Brand is critical for success. You'll also work to meet and exceed Client expectations through collaboration and strong leadership.

  • Collaborate with Account Training Managers to ensure clear and accessible training.
  • Provide necessary coaching and guidance for execution and reporting challenges.

Engage with the leadership team to enhance processes and drive profitability across all projects.

  • Identify opportunities for more effective staffing.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Support key stakeholders on various projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-year degree; 4-year or advanced degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in wholesale, retail, or store management.
  • Must be agile, able to multitask and solve problems.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and available to work weekends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs and working with proprietary systems.
