SUMMARY
The initiaitve is a shift from adhoc on-demand commodity services to a leveraged Platform services model, and partnering with C-Suiteo to help achieve this.
Responsible for establishing and managing a program focused on data models, data environments and information harvesting technologies that enable the organization to make quality decisions for business success.
Requires an influential leader to lead through the organization wide services strategy and data and technology enablement transformation.RESPONSIBILITIES Snapshot
Develop the specific metrics for the service category; used to monitor existing SLA's and advancement of Data/BI model.
Develop a Decision Support Service function, data and solution architecture.
Accountable for developing the information architecture standards, policies and procedures for the organization, applying accepted data content standards to technology projects.
Implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise business intelligence program.Develop relationships with internal partners (ERP; HCM; Technology Infrastructure)
Manage external partners.
Manage and build a strong team
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
A bachelors degree preferably in a discipline related to information technology or business. Additional technology education and a graduate level degree is highly desired.
Must be able to provide leadership across a team of information technology professionals.
Demonstrated success in the field of business intelligence with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a significant leadership role.
Must have experience and knowledge of implementing modern delineated sourcing strategies for application services such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in an internationally leveraged operating model.
Demonstrated experience in virtualization, visualization and decision support self-service based approaches.TRAITS
