Superior Completion Services is currently looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Houston, TX.

Summary:

  • Prepares, sets up, and operates the CNC Lathe Machine for tool manufacturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reads blueprints and sets up CNC Lathe for machining parts as per specifications.
  • Edits G-Code program for parts of different sizes.
  • Measures materials with precision instruments.
  • Selects and installs jaws on the Lathe.
  • Operates CNC lathe milling machine to turn molds accurately.
  • Follows safety protocols and assists in maintenance when required.
  • Inspects components and reports observations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Fanuc or Mazak controls.
  • Prior experience with downhole tools and sand control equipment.
  • Ability to select tooling and handle setups.
  • Accurate data entry into the Cimco database.
  • Basic math skills for business calculations.
  • Understanding of machines and tools.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and second shift positions.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
