Our Marketing Team is dedicated to attracting and retaining customers through diverse marketing channels. By closely collaborating with Communications and Sales, as well as other business units, we aim to enhance Sportradar's visibility and reputation. The team ensures a consistent brand presence across all campaigns and marketing channels.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Marketing Manager to collaborate extensively with the Group's Marketing Head and the Global Marketing Team, working closely with our Global Communications division. This role suits someone adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for organizing trade shows, conferences, and client events.

Reporting to the Group Head of Event Marketing, you will assist in implementing and overseeing our event marketing plans and portfolio. This role focuses on event logistics, administration, and process coordination, making it perfect for individuals who thrive on achieving results.

The ideal candidate is passionate about meticulous event planning and execution, well-versed in event marketing, and eager to take the next career step in driving activation in this crucial marketing segment at Sportradar. A keen interest in both sports and technology would be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organizing key events, tradeshows, conferences, and hospitality experiences
  • Implementing best practices for conferences, including design and logistics
  • Coordinating with external vendors for stand builds, catering, signage, and AV requirements
  • Researching event opportunities, venues, and suppliers
  • Handling administrative tasks such as financial and SharePoint administration
  • Procuring services in alignment with company policies
  • Maintaining up-to-date event information and reports
  • Collaborating with internal departments for ticket distribution and travel arrangements
  • Managing marketing materials and reporting event metrics
  • Adhering to brand guidelines and securing internal approvals for event design
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Being adaptable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Collaborating with creative services teams on event design

Pay Rate: $100K
Sportradar offers a competitive salary within this range, dependent on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location. Apart from base pay, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including performance bonuses, equity stock, and 401k contributions.
