Content Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Management


Our Marketing team is growing As the Lifecycle Management Content Marketing Manager for Cinch Home Services, you will be a critical member of the Marketing and Lifecycle Management teams, and be responsible for creating compelling, engagement, and conversion-driven content for lifecycle management from acquisition through retention.

You will be instrumental in crafting both long and short-form content, as well as punchy copy that resonates with our customers and drives loyalty and LTV expansion.

Your words will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, engaging customers at every stage of their journey, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Cinch Home Services.

The role will be matrixed and report to the VP of Marketing and the Director of Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

and execute a content strategy that focuses on the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, across various channels and touchpoints.

clear, concise, and engaging copy for marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, customer portal, scripts, social media posts, and more.

in creating unique lifecycle communication plans based on the customer cohort insights and client requirements, as well as internal insights and data; converting strategies into actionable customers messaging and touchpoints.

closely with cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Design) to ensure messaging alignment, and consistency.
to understand target-audience preferences, behaviors, and pain points, and incorporate insights into your writing.
content for improved conversion around desired actions and ensure messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and lifecycle marketing objectives.
and analyze the performance of content to iterate and optimize for improved results and customer engagement.
up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion-driven content and digital marketing.
there may be other duties as needed to reach our growth targets.

Requirements
years' experience producing retention/loyalty content across the full lifecycle.
degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).

experience in creating both long-form content (such as guides, articles, blogs, letters, emails, scripts, whitepapers, etc.) and short-form content (such as ad copy, social media posts, etc.).

portfolio showcasing your ability to concept, plan and craft engaging, impactful copy that drives results.
writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
with data-driven decision-making and experience using analytics tools to measure content effectiveness.
