As a Career Navigator at Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS), you will play a crucial role in providing integrated workforce planning services to career center customers. Our company contracts with state and local entities to offer reliable workforce development and training solutions, preparing individuals for tomorrow's job market.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews to assess service needs and explore employment opportunities
  • Coach customers in presenting themselves effectively for optimal placement
  • Provide career advisement and develop individual employment plans
  • Visit customers, training providers, and employment sites
  • Implement service plans, maintain contact with service providers, and manage case files
  • Address customers' unique needs and barriers, ensuring inclusivity for all participants
