Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews to assess service needs and explore employment opportunities
- Coach customers in presenting themselves effectively for optimal placement
- Provide career advisement and develop individual employment plans
- Visit customers, training providers, and employment sites
- Implement service plans, maintain contact with service providers, and manage case files
