Stark County Hunger Task Force fights hunger in Stark County through a network of 35 pantries, an onsite pantry, and a Backpack for Kids program.
Member Duties : As our VISTA member, you will research, develop, and implement a pop-up pantry in Canton and Massillon, serving the Hispanic/Latino community. These pantries will provide food and ingredients that are staples in Hispanic and Latino cultures. In this role, you will write grants and fundraise, securing necessary financial support for this important initiative. You will also recruit volunteers, organizing the community around our cause through new and strengthened partnerships. This is a new program that will give you an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization's programming. Join our team today
Benefits include a monthly $200 housing stipend to supplement living costs.
