Responsibilities include:

  • Designs engaging presentations using slide deck software (PowerPoint, Google Slides), as well as other graphic design software.
  • Creates visually appealing reports, meeting materials and other documents.
  • Edits and formats images and photos where needed.
  • Assists with supporting the Executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and arrangements with attention to detail.
  • Prioritizes and handles incoming communications including phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Prepares and formats executive reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Coordinates set up for meetings.
  • Maintains and orders office supplies and equipment.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Serves as point of contact for vendors.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special projects.
  • May also provide admin support to other departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of executive support experience.
  • Proven proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
