Responsibilities include:
- Designs engaging presentations using slide deck software (PowerPoint, Google Slides), as well as other graphic design software.
- Creates visually appealing reports, meeting materials and other documents.
- Edits and formats images and photos where needed.
- Assists with supporting the Executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and arrangements with attention to detail.
- Prioritizes and handles incoming communications including phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Prepares and formats executive reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Coordinates set up for meetings.
- Maintains and orders office supplies and equipment.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Serves as point of contact for vendors.
- Assists with planning and execution of special projects.
- May also provide admin support to other departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of executive support experience.
- Proven proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.
- Ability to create visually compelling materials.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with website content management systems (WordPress) a plus.
