As a Project Engineer at Resideo, you will lead initiatives to maintain the current product portfolio within the Products & Solutions Water business. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders across various departments such as product management, engineering, sourcing, and production. The ideal candidate will collaborate with different teams and production sites to drive project implementations for successful product launches in the US market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage diverse projects assigned by leadership, including component transfer, value engineering, and quality issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to meet cost, time, and quality objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Resideo Products & Solutions processes and procedures for project execution and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated project information within management tools.
- Assist in developing project plans and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Promote effective communication within project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business/project management or relevant engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in product development.
- Practical experience in implementing product design changes for production.
- Understanding of the product development life cycle.
- Proven skills in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse global teams and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and documentation processes.
- Contribute to introducing European product modifications into the US market for Resideo's P&S Water business.
