Workforce Planning Finance Manager

Vaco has partnered with a growing organization in need of a consultant to support workforce planning by collaborating with the finance and human resources teams to forecast future hiring needs and develop analytical capabilities that will be used to design the future state of their workforce. 

Critical components include:

-Working within Workday to develop enhanced reporting around headcount, budget, and forecasts by departments.
-Developing models and KPI's to be used for storytelling. Utilizing data to build business cases for hiring needs and headcount across the organization.
-Building plans and forecasts to help roadmap mass hiring. 
-Providing leadership with scorecards tied to their workforce and FTE metrics.
-Other ad hoc projects where FP&A skillset will be utilized to support various departments/teams with workforce planning strategy.

This engagement will start as a W2 contract with Vaco and has a high degree of likelihood to become a full-time role. Compensation can range between $120-150K and is based upon qualifications.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
