As a Growth Accounts Sales Manager, you will work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies for customers in a limited geographic territory based on installed base leads with responsibility for orders growth of products and services.
- Leading and facilitating teamwork within the commercial team (sales managers, Technical Account Managers, CCRs, Services, and CommOps) assigned to support the growth of commercial accounts within their assigned territory.
- Being a point of contact for customers and be responsible for facilitating relationships and engagements at customer facilities within the assigned territory for Installed Base upgrades.
- Leading and participating in cross-functional teams and projects to achieve account and regional goals.
- Providing feedback to the Orbit 60 product line team on customer wants and needs, new product/service needs, product modifications, and help them develop sound business cases.
- Facilitating engagement of customers through CAB / VOC / NPI feedback sessions.
- Creating a value/consultative/outcome/gap selling strategy through the understanding of customers and business models associated key drivers.
- Interpreting and understanding contractual commitments.
- Upsell a combination of current hardware and/or software solutions to existing installed base.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or engineering
- Travel up to 50% of time, as required
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- To the extent that you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a Baker Hughes owned / leased or rented vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of Bently Nevada or equivalent products, services, and other machinery protection and management systems
- Understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, etc) for plant electrical and mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of industry products, services, and markets
- Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills through prior work assignments
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industrial applications for product lines and markets
- Experience with and commitment to use CRM
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Proactive work style, creativity, and engagement
- Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results
