Remote with travel across the Greater Philly area.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Market Expansion - Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones. - Identify and pursue opportunities in commercial and residential projects exceeding $5M. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners, HOAs, and institutional investors. - Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Project & Financial Oversight - Collaborate with internal teams on feasibility studies, underwriting, and proforma analysis. - Oversee negotiations for contracts, RFPs, and partnership agreements. Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with marketing, operations, and estimating teams to align business objectives with delivery capabilities. - Lead presentations and proposals for high-value projects. Performance Monitoring - Track KPIs for revenue growth, pipeline development, and client retention. - Report progress to senior leadership and recommend adjustments to strategy as needed.Qualifications:o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.o Minimum 5–10 years in business development within construction, real estate development, or related industries.o Demonstrated success managing commercial and residential projects valued at $5M+.o Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.o Proficiency in CRM systems and financial modeling tools.o Deep understanding of zoning, permitting, and entitlement processes.o Existing network within commercial and residential development sectors is preferred.o Experience with multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, and large-scale commercial projects is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
