Nashville based  private wealth real estate platform looking to add a Senior Accountant to it's growing team. 

Position will work closely the leadership and collaborate with business operations and offer career pathing opportunities.  While the role  will focus on property-level financials, will also work closely with acquisitions team to complete investor reports. 

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Review monthly property financials and input into models
  2. Prepare quarter-end balance sheet reconciliations
  3. Prepare quarterly LOC compliance reports
  4. Prepare monthly reporting summaries
  5. Assist in budget to actual reviews
  6. Assist with review and reconciliation of historical financials
  7. Participate with transaction processing
  8. State compliance and regulatory filings tracking
Qualifications:
  • 4 years accounting experience with exposure to Real Estate
  • Yardi software experience strongly preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong excel proficiency and skills
