Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Vacaville, CA. As a School-Based SLP, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome communication disorders and achieve academic success. This is a full-time contract position within the vibrant educational community of Vacaville.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address students' individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress and achievement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting is desirable but not required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
