As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Senior Defense Officials working on next-generation Microelectronics strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to understand and track project status, actions, milestones, and schedules, and drive policy actions and recommendations.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, Executive Assistant, Schedule Manager, or Action Officer

  • 5+ years of experience with supporting Senior Defense Officials in a programmatic or action-tracking

  • Experience working in the Pentagon in a staff, programmatic, or action officer role

  • Ability to perform a broad range of programmatic support activities, including maintaining schedules, tracking actions, capturing meeting minutes, and maintaining status on project milestones and technical progress

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including typing skills

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
