About The Position

Location: Omaha, NE
Position Type: Full-Time, 4x10 Hour Night Shifts Plus On-Call
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Tech to join our healthcare team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of imaging procedures and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Responsibilities include working with adults, geriatrics, and some pediatric patients, performing CT biopsies, drains, aspirations, cryoablations, cervical injections, stroke angio studies, and CTA coronary imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT imaging procedures on adults, geriatrics, and pediatric patients through the ER.
Conduct CT biopsies, drains, aspirations, cryoablations, cervical injections, stroke angio studies, and CTA coronary studies with third-party processing.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment in 3 CT rooms.
Ensure high-quality imaging and diagnostic accuracy.
Document patient information and imaging results accurately.
Float to cover X-ray if working overnight shifts and MRI if working day shifts as needed.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging; must have CT/X-ray experience for night shifts.
Prefer experience in X-ray and MRI for day shifts.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle on-call responsibilities.
