Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language or swallowing disorders. Productivity expectation is 25 points per week
- Assesses and documents speech therapy data related to patient assessments, patient care needs, interventions and outcomes.
- Identifies changes and trends throughout physical and emotional parameters.
- Reviews treatment plans and assesses individual performances to modify, change or write new programs.
- Maintains documentation as required by law, establishment policy and administrative regulation.
- Instructs patients on ways to monitor speech and practice new skills.
Requirement Description
- Bachelor's Degree - REQUIRED
- 1+ year Home Health experience - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - REQUIRED
- Active and clear driver's license and car insurance - REQUIRED
- OASIS experience - REQUIRED
- COVID and FLU vaccine - REQUIRED. Will not take declinations
- Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
