Group Sales & Events Manager - Multiple Sites Across UK
Job Type: Flexible - Based across all sites covering Cardiff, Reading, Bristol & Blackheath.
Zerodegrees is looking for a dynamic and passionate Group Sales & Events Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
As the Group Sales & Events Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue and building relationships with groups and organisations interested in hosting events at our brewery. You'll work closely with our Ops Director, Head of Marketing, GMs and Teams to create exceptional experiences that showcase our craft beer, food, and hospitality.
This will feel like a start up and it's about building the right systems, processes and packages to sell.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Hunger:
- Actively prospect and generate leads for group events, including corporate gatherings, private parties, weddings, and community events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community organisations.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract execution.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate and execute events from start to finish, ensuring seamless logistics, exceptional service, and a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with the GMs to deliver all aspects of event programming.
- Conduct post-event follow-up to gather feedback and maintain client relationships.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and event details in our CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Develop and maintain event collateral, including brochures, menus, and online listings.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales and event management, ideally in the hospitality or craft beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of event logistics, food & beverage service, and customer experience management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Passionate about craft beer and creating memorable experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google
